I started doing CrossFit in 2010 and fell in love with the sport right away as it helped fill the void post collegiate sports. My wife and I decided to create our own gym with the goal of building a place where you can simply just show up, workout, and not worry about anything else. We are passionate about building a community and creating networking opportunities for our members. CrossFit is my daily escape from stress and we look forward to helping others create healthy habits to integrate in their routines as well. We have created a space like none other in the Central Florida area and want to share it with you.
